Rewiews
«Describe your ideal Residency»

«Community of friendly fellow artists, art lectures and workshops, big open space with large windows and tall ceilings to produce art, cozy space for rest and quite, galleries and museums to get inspired by nearby, easy access to art supplies, regular meetings and discussions with art managers, open doors for meeting new people and potential collectors, parks for walks nearby»

«The most important to me - engagement with the community. I want to get connections and friend in art sphere for future collaboration. Also would love to participate in collaborative art events with other artists»

«A residence, where you get a chance to talk not only with fellow artists, but with a few professionals in the field (historians, researchers/scientists, ideally maybe museum workers, architects, and just interesting people with experience)»

«…And of course a friendly collective of like-minded, talented artists, enthusiastic about their practice. I am very social and I believe that rich and interesting communication can give a high degree of development and helps to achieve their goals in art of better, wider and freer»

Conclusion

From the results of the survey we concluded that artists need a space surrounded by nature and has a large territory.

They want to visit new places to get inspired and learn new cultures.

It is important for artists to have a new audience so they can communicate with visitors and hold master classes during the open days.

Taking into account the results of the survey and the analysis of similar cultural projects, we have created our own concept of Art Residency that takes into account the shortcomings and meets the needs of artists.

With business support, we can create the perfect space not only for artists but also for interaction:

Business — Art
People — Art
People — Art — Business
